Hezbollah: Prepared for ground offensive; Israeli forces will face graveyards in Lebanon
The Vice President of the Political Council of Hezbollah has declared that the party is prepared for any ground advancement, emphasizing that their forces excel in this area compared to the Israeli Occupation.
In televised remarks made on Friday evening, he stated that any advance by the occupation into Lebanese territory would turn the region into a graveyard for its soldiers and tanks.
He further explained that the recent visit of the Iranian Foreign Minister to Beirut reaffirmed Tehran’s full support for Lebanon. The party is currently focused on battlefield engagements and has no intention of entering discussions during the escalation.
He stressed that Hezbollah will address all matters after a ceasefire and will announce its position at that time. He also noted that the occupation and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu do not wish to end the conflict.
On a domestic level, he revealed that the mechanism for selecting the Secretary-General of Hezbollah is influenced by the current circumstances, particularly in light of the ongoing war atmosphere.
