The Israeli Occupation continues its relentless war on Gaza, now entering the 364th consecutive day and affecting all aspects of life in the beleaguered region.

The Gaza Ministry of Health reports that the ongoing war has resulted in 41,788 deaths and 96,794 injuries since Oct. 7, 2023.

The Ministry of Education and Higher Education in Gaza highlighted the devastating impact on students, noting that over 650,000 children have been denied access to their schools for the second consecutive academic year.

Additionally, around 100,000 students have been prevented from continuing their education in higher learning institutions.

The toll on the educational community is staggering, with 1,100 students and 130 scholars, academics, and university professors having lost their lives, significantly affecting Gaza's academic landscape.

In a related incident, the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) launched an unprecedented strike on the Tulkarm camp in the West Bank on Thursday, targeting a café in Al-Hammam neighborhood.

According to a Roya correspondent, this assault resulted in the deaths of 18 individuals, with at least 21 others injured.

The US State Department responded to the escalating violence, confirming that "Israeli" actions have violated international law in certain cases in Gaza.

In a statement regarding the regional situation, officials warned that the longer the war persists, the greater the likelihood of its expansion.

While expressing a desire for a ceasefire in Lebanon, the State Department reiterated that "Israel" has the right to target what it describes as "terrorist" groups.

"We are monitoring the extent of the Israeli operation in Lebanon and its limitations, and we also recognize that things may spiral out of control," the statement emphasized.
