Civil Defense says will continue reinforcing sirens systems nationwide

During a meeting of the Higher Council of Civil Defence, Civil Defense Director Maj. Gen. Dr. Mohammad Al-Amri said that the Public Security Directorate is the primary responder to all emergency situations and damages that may occur during the winter season.

Al-Amri explained that the Civil Defense provides its services through 216 locations managed by the directorate, including 13 ambulance stations distributed along desert roads.

He added that efforts are ongoing to maintain the readiness of the warning siren system to address various emergency conditions.

He emphasized that mission execution will be coordinated spatially among the different directorates and in collaboration with relevant state institutions.
