Israeli Occupation continues assault on Lebanon for eighth consecutive day

Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) continued their aggression on Lebanon for the eighth consecutive day, which began on Sept. 23, targeting Hezbollah-affiliated sites in Beirut's southern suburbs and southern Lebanon.

 

In the early hours of Tuesday, the "Israeli" military announced a "limited and targeted ground operation" in southern Lebanon, specifically against Hezbollah positions.

"Israeli" army has urged residents of approximately 30 towns in southern Lebanon to evacuate "immediately" following the launch of the ground operation.

Hezbollah, in turn, claimed responsibility for launching a missile barrage at the Mossad headquarters in Tel Aviv's suburbs and the Glilot base, home to Israeli Occupation's 8200 intelligence unit.

Key developments in Lebanon include:
