On Wednesday, temperatures will stay below their seasonal averages by 3 to 5 degrees Celsius. Conditions will be mild throughout the day, with scattered low clouds and moderate northwesterly winds.

By Wednesday night and early Thursday morning, the weather will turn colder, especially over the mountain ranges, again requiring warmer attire.
