A picture of the elusive Yahya Sinwar, the leader of Hamas and the architect of “Operation Aqsa Typhoon”, is sitting in a meeting room labeled with a question mark in a photo published recently by the “Israeli” army from a situation assessment meeting.

Hebrew media reported that the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) is further hinting that Sinwar is “out of touch”, following initial assessments that he may have been hit with an “Israeli” strike in the past few weeks.

At one point, “Israel” received a “golden tip” on Yahya Sinwar’s whereabouts in the tunnels in the Gaza Strip, but after assessing the situation; it was decided to not carry out the operation to assassinate him.

Hebrew Channel 12 said the operation was halted due to the “high risk of harming the abductees in the nearby area.”

The information received by the “Israeli” military presented an “extraordinary operational opportunity” – added the report.

IOF officials believe Sinwar is still in the tunnels in the Gaza Strip, surrounding himself with captives, knowing they will avoid targeting him, despite sitting on the very top of “Israel’s” most-wanted list.
