Al-Qassam Brigades report casualties among "Israeli" forces in Khan Younis

Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced a successful ambush in Khan Younis, located in southern Gaza.

The brigades detonated a pre-set minefield targeting an engineering unit of the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF), according to their statement on Telegram, resulting in both fatalities and injuries among the soldiers in east of Khan Younis.

Earlier, Al-Qassam Brigades reported a coordinated ambush in which their fighters destroyed two "Israeli" military personnel carriers and targeted a Merkava tank, along with two D9 military bulldozers, using explosives and Yasin 105 projectiles.

The brigades claimed to have inflicted casualties on the crews of these vehicles and noted the observation of helicopters landing for evacuation purposes.
