Islamic Resistance in Iraq strike “vital Israeli site” with cruise missile

22-09-2024 13:26|The Islamic Resistance in Iraq (IRI), a network of Iranian-backed groups in Iraq, launched several attacks today against “Israel” in tandem with the hundreds of rockets and drones launched by Hezbollah on Sunday morning.
The IRI said it targeted a “vital site” in the occupied Palestinian territories using drones – the statement did not specify the locaiton.
In addition, an Al-Arqab cruise missile was fired at northern “Israel”.
Several drones were also launched, targeting southern “Israel” and the Jordan valley in the occupied territories.
The umbrella organization vowed to escalate its attacks against “enemy positions with escalating intensity” – the statement added.
