Javier Bardem: October 7 does not justify mass punishment of Palestinians
At the San Sebastian Film Festival in Spain, Oscar-winning actor Javier Bardem criticized the Israeli Occupation government for what he described as "crimes against humanity" in Gaza.
In a video circulating online, Bardem urged the global community to take action against those responsible for the ongoing violence.
The actor denounced the current Israeli Occupation leadership, stating that their policies and actions represent a violation of both humanitarian standards and international law.
“Obviously, the atrocious, terrible, and reprehensible attacks on October 7th, do not justify this massive punishment that the Palestinian population is suffering,” he added.
Bardem also called on nations, particularly the US and the UK, to reassess their unwavering support for “Israel”.
He emphasized the importance of the International Criminal Court (ICC) holding accountable those involved in the aggression.
