A Roya correspondent reported on Friday that dozens of rockets were fired from southern Lebanon towards northern occupied Palestine, leading to fires in several areas of Safed due to the shelling.

The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) announced that approximately 60 rockets targeted the area, with some being intercepted.

Our correspondent noted that sirens sounded in several towns in northern occupied Palestine.

“Israeli” Channel 12 reported that fires broke out in multiple areas of Safed due to the shelling, while Hebrew sources indicated that a settler in Upper Galilee was injured as a result of the rocket fire.

Channel 12 also announced that a settler sustained minor injuries when his vehicle was damaged during the interception of rockets in the Golan.

Additionally, Hebrew media reported power outages in some areas of Safed following the recent shelling from Lebanon.
