One dead, another injured in vehicle rollover on Irbid Road

One person was killed and another injured after a vehicle overturned on Irbid Road, just before the Na’ima Bridge heading north, early Wednesday morning, according to the daily traffic report issued by the Public Security Directorate (PSD).

An officer from the Highway Patrol Operations Room stated that the accident occurred late at night when the vehicle skidded and the driver lost control, leading to the rollover and the injury of two people.

The injured were transported by Civil Defense personnel to King Abdullah University Hospital, where one of them later died.

The PSd urges drivers to exercise caution, especially during the onset of rain, to avoid skidding and to adhere to safe speeds. Drivers are also advised to ensure their vehicle's condition before setting out.
