'Israeli' Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu
Netanyahu calls for 'radical change' on border with Lebanon
Israeli Occupation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced on Monday that the occupation requires a "radical change" along its border with Lebanon.
Netanyahu conveyed this message to US Middle East envoy Amos Hochstein, stating his aim to achieve significant changes in the situation on the Lebanese border, according to AFP.
Hochstein's visit comes amid ongoing military escalations, with continued exchanges of fire between Hezbollah and the Israeli Occupation army.
During their meeting, Netanyahu emphasized that "returning displaced residents to their homes will not be possible without a radical change in the security situation in the north of the country," according to a statement from his office.
Netanyahu also highlighted that while 'Israel' values US support, it will ultimately do whatever is necessary to ensure its security.
