Hebrew media outlets revealed the identities of three settlers who were killed on Sunday in a shooting at the Allenby Crossing (Karameh Crossing) on the Palestinian side.

One of the victims was identified as 61-year-old Yochanan Shohori from the Ma'ale Ephraim settlement. The second was 65-year-old Yuri Birnbaum from the Naama settlement. The third victim was Adrian Marcelo Budmeiser from the Ariel settlement.

Israeli Occupation had earlier confirmed the deaths of the three individuals at the crossing, attributing the incident to a Jordanian driver on the other side of the bridge.

In response, the Hamas movement described the "Karameh Crossing Operation," which resulted in the deaths of the three settlers, as a "natural response to the Holocaust being carried out by the Zionist enemy" against Palestinians and its plans for forced displacement and the Judaization of Aqsa Mosque.

In a statement received by Roya, Hamas emphasized that the "heroic operation" was a reaction to the occupation's crimes and a demonstration of the Arab nation's solidarity with the Palestinian people and their resistance in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

The statement also noted that the operation, carried out by a "brave Jordanian," reaffirms the Arab peoples' rejection of the occupation and its crimes, as well as their support for the Palestinian people and their resistance in defending Jerusalem and Aqsa Mosque.
