Source denies claims that Jordan allowed “Israel” to use its airspace

After a report emerged from foreign media outlet that Jordan allegedly permitted “Israel” to use its airspace, a source with knowledge on the matter told “Roya” that the reports are “purely speculative, fabricated, and filled with falsehoods.”

The source confirmed that the Jordanian Armed Forces (JAF) did not authorize any party engaged in the current regional conflict to use its airspace or territory for any military action.

The source reiterated the JAF’s position that Jordanian territory and airspace will not be a “stage for any party” and that the routine activities of the Royal Jordanian Air Forces (RJAF) seen over Jordan, including both fighter and transport aircraft, is “normal given the current regional military escalation.”

The source censured the misinformation from the website, describing it as a deliberate act of disinformation, occurring at a time when Jordan is making significant diplomatic efforts to prevent regional escalation.

They added that taking legal action against the website will be considered.
