The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs formally requested the International Criminal Court (ICC) to issue an arrest warrant for &ldquo;Israeli&rdquo; Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich.&nbsp;
The Palestinian Foreign Ministry condemned Smotrich's recent statements advocating for the starvation of two million Palestinians in the Gaza Strip as "a direct expression of the most abhorrent forms of fascism."&nbsp;
The ministry described his comments as a blatant incitement to genocide against the Palestinian population in Gaza.
