Israeli Occupation strike kills Mahmoud Jbara in Western Bekaa

Mahmoud Mohammad Jbara, a Lebanese senior leader of Al-Jama'ah Al-Islamiyah, was killed in an Israeli Occupation drone strike. 

The attack targeted Jbara’s car in the Western Bekaa area, leading to his immediate death, the Lebanese National News Agency (NNA) reported.

Additionally, Hamas' Qassam Brigades claimed that Jbara was a resistance fighter with the group, posting an obituary saying, “With the utmost pride, honor, and confidence in the near victory, we announce the martyrdom of our heroic martyr, Mohammad Hamed Jbara.”

This incident follows a recent warning from Hezbollah’s Secretary-General, Hassan Nasrallah. 

On Wednesday, Nasrallah threatened to target new settlements in "Israel" if the Israeli Occupation military continues its operations against civilians in Lebanon.
