Weather maps indicate that temperatures in Jordan will continue to be higher than average for this time of year – per ArabiaWeather’s forecasts.

The weather will be typically summer-like to relatively hot in the western and mountainous regions of Jordan, while it will be hot to very hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, Aqaba, and the eastern desert areas for the remainder of July.

There are no indications, as of now, that Jordan will be affected by heatwaves for the rest of July 2024.

Temperatures will remain elevated, ranging between 3 to 5 degrees Celsius above the normal averages for this time of year.

It is expected that typical summer weather will prevail over the mountains, with relatively hot conditions in other parts of Jordan. Extremely high temperatures are expected in the Jordan Valley, with low clouds appearing in the northern and some central regions during the early morning hours.

Daytime temperatures will range from the low 30s Celsius in the mountains to the mid-30s in other cities and regions of Jordan, reaching the low 40s in the Jordan Valley and Aqaba, making the weather hot in these areas.

Moderate northwesterly winds will blow, with active gusts during the afternoon and evening. The weather will remain moderate to pleasant and humid at night, making it suitable for outdoor activities.

The northwesterly winds will continue to be moderate, with active gusts in the afternoon and evening. The weather will remain moderate to pleasant and humid at night, providing comfortable conditions for outdoor gatherings.

ArabiaWeather said that the weather maps show hot air approaching Jordan but not penetrating deeply enough to cause a significant heatwave or substantial temperature rise.

There are no signs of heatwaves in Jordan in the upcoming period, although the hot air may extend further towards the kingdom by the end of the month.
