Police launch WhatsApp hotline for traffic complaints

The Public Security Directorate (PSD) in Jordan announced a special number for the Central Traffic Department to respond to inquiries, handle reports and complaints, and receive observations and videos via the WhatsApp messaging app.

The PSD shared the number 0770999030 for this purpose.

They assured that all messages and media will be handled and responded to with complete confidentiality.
