“Israeli” aggression enters 274th day
The Israeli occupation's aggression on the Gaza Strip has entered its 274th day, as the occupation continues targeting civilians in the besieged area, which has been under blockade for over 17 years.
The Joe Biden administration is working to bridge the gap between “Israel” and Hamas regarding the second phase of ceasefire negotiations, while the “Israeli” aggression continues to cause casualties, and the resistance persists in carrying out significant strikes against the occupation.
On the political front, Mossad Chief David Barnea returned from Doha after a meeting with mediators. Hebrew media reported that the negotiations will not be easy and may take 3 to 5 weeks. Axios reported that American officials said the White House and the CIA are trying to bridge the gap between the parties.
On the ground, Al-Qassam Brigades stated that their fighters carried out two significant operations on Friday, killing 10 “Israeli” soldiers in what it called a combined operation in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood of Gaza City.
The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) admitted that two soldiers were injured after rockets were fired from Lebanon at Kiryat Shmona in northern “Israel”.
In another development, Palestinian human rights organizations warned about the accumulation of tons of waste and the leakage of sewage water in the streets and refugee shelters in Gaza, impacting public health.
These organizations called for enabling the relevant authorities to provide their services, activate water and sewage networks, and allow the collection and transportation of waste to landfills according to the temporary measures issued by the International Court of Justice to prevent irreparable harm.
