Jordan will be affected by a heatwave starting tomorrow, Thursday; the development of a heat dome over northern Africa is causing a significant rise in temperatures across various regions of Jordan – according to ArabiaWeather’s forecasts.

Temperatures are expected to increase substantially in the Jordan Valley, potentially reaching near 50 degrees Celsius, especially over the weekend.

The public is advised to avoid prolonged direct exposure to sunlight to prevent heatstroke and to drink plenty of fluids and water.
