Star of Netflix’s historical romance series Nicla Coughlan wore a red pin to the series’ season three premier last Monday to join the latest line of celebrities taking part in the Artists4Ceasefire movement which advocates to end the ongoing “Israeli” aggression on the Gaza Strip.

“You might have seen me wear a red pin on the red carpet and press events during the last while and I thought it would be a good time to share some information about Artists for Ceasefire and what we stand for,” the Irish star said on her Instagram account, captioning a photo of her wearing a red pin on her white gown.

Coughlan shared further details of the Artists4Ceasefire movement -which started in February- with her 3.3 million Instagram followers, further raising awareness of the collective of actors, filmmakers and other artists that are calling for a ceasefire in Gaza.

This is not the first time Coughlan sported the red pin; as she previously voiced her support for Palestine in multiple events over the past months – in addition to being a vocal advocate and using her platforms to raise awareness since the start of the “Israeli” aggression on Oct. 7, 2023.

The Artists4Ceasefire.org petition, has garnered signatures from over 370 artists including Bella Hadid, Gigi Hadid, Bradley Cooper, Dua Lipa, Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez, Kristen Stewart, Annie Lennox, Yara Shahidi, Drake, Andrew Garfield, Rachel McAdams, Ilana Glazer, and many others.

Throughout these award ceremonies, numerous celebrities, artists, and directors were seen sporting #Artists4Ceasefire badges, further emphasizing their solidarity with the cause.
