Israeli Occupation gave its response to mediators regarding ceasefire negotiations. The response revealed that the occupation did not agree to stopping the aggression in Gaza, withdrawing its forces, or repatriating displaced individuals without conditions.

The response adhered to a three-stage agreement framework, according to Al Jazeera.

Detailed provisions on prisoner exchanges and cessation terms were outlined, with Israeli Occupation proposing a gradual return of up to 2,000 displaced persons daily to northern Gaza after two weeks.

In the initial stage, Israeli Occupation demanded the release of 40 captives, while dismissing Hamas' request to release 30 life-sentenced prisoners for each female soldier, instead offering only five.

Furthermore, Israeli Occupation sought the release of soldiers Hadar Goldin and Shaul Aaron in exchange for previously rearrested prisoners from the Gilad Shalit deal.

Additionally, Israeli Occupation maintained its right to deport life-sentenced prisoners released under the agreement out of Palestine.
