Fresh produce prices in central market Monday

18/3/2024 12:17|Monday, the Fruits and Vegetables Central Wholesale Market announced the latest prices of fresh produce.
According to the Greater Amman Municipality (GAM), the market received a total of 2,568 tons of fresh produce including 196 tons of vegetables, 398 tons of fruits 206 tons of leafy greens.
According to the market's latest price list (per kilogram):
- Tomatoes: 6 - 15 piasters
- Eggplants: 40 - 70 piasters
- Potatoes: 30 - 45 piasters
- Garlic: 250 - 500 piasters
- Carrots: 30 - 40 piasters
- Cucumbers: 30 - 50 piasters
- Cauliflower: 10 - 20 piasters
- Lemons: 30 - 40 piasters
- Bananas: 50 - 75 piasters
