Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said on Saturday that his country would not allow the humanitarian crisis in Gaza to continue amid the ongoing “Israeli” aggression against the Strip for the 134th day.

Yi added that generations of the Palestinian people have been displaced and are unable to return to their homes to this day.

He emphasized the necessity of achieving a permanent settlement and solution based on a two-state solution, stating that "only then can Tel Aviv achieve its security."

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz urged the Israeli Occupation to abide by international law in Gaza, while simultaneously calling on Europe to enhance its military capabilities for self-defense.

During the 60th Munich Security Conference on Saturday, Scholz stated that his country calls on Tel Aviv to adhere to international law in the aggression against Gaza and refrain from opening a second front on the northern border with Lebanon.

He added that Iran must be prevented from exploiting the conflict to expand its influence.
