“Israeli” army opens fire on humanitarian aid convoy bound for Gaza
The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) opened fire on trucks carrying humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip today, Wednesday.
Hebrew channel I24 claimed that "Hamas uses the [aid] trucks to transport ammunition," while the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) announced yesterday, Tuesday, that "Israel" prevented 56 percent of humanitarian convoys from reaching northern Gaza last month.
The office stated in a report that Israeli Occupation authorities prevented 56 percent of humanitarian aid convoys from reaching northern Gaza last January, and also blocked 25 percent of missions from reaching the central part of the besieged Strip.
Additionally, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) announced last night that the Israeli Occupation navy, which controls the waters off the Gaza Strip, targeted a convoy of food aid heading to Gaza.
