The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs urged all nations to diligently enforce the Court's provisional measures, emphasizing that compliance is a binding legal obligation for all, including Israeli Occupation as the occupying power. These measures impose clear legal responsibilities on states to put an end to Israeli Occupation's genocidal actions against the people of Gaza and ensure they are not complicit in such acts, the ministry's statement added.

It said that the ICJ's decision serves as a crucial reminder that no state is exempt from the rule of law, sending a powerful message to Israeli Occupation and those who have supported its longstanding impunity, acting as a wake-up call for accountability.

Expressing gratitude, Palestine acknowledged the courage of South Africa in taking bold steps of active solidarity. The country reaffirmed its commitment to working closely with South Africa and other nations to ensure that justice prevails in addressing the ongoing situation.
