South Africa called on all countries worldwide to testify in the case filed against the Israeli Occupation before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in order to hold the occupation accountable for the crime of genocide.

Vusi Mona Madonsela, South Africa's ambassador to the Netherlands, emphasized the severity of the Israeli Occupation's actions in Palestinian territories, likening them to the atrocities of the apartheid regime.

Madonsela underscored that South Africa's legal action against the Israeli Occupation before the ICJ seeks to hold Tel Aviv responsible for its conduct. He expressed anticipation that the ICJ would rule the ongoing occupation of Palestinian territories as unlawful and demand its cessation.
