Israeli Occupation artillery strikes southern Lebanon towns
The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) artillery targeted the outskirts of the town of Maroun al-Ras and Aitaroun in southern Lebanon on Monday morning.
The Israeli Occupation army launched a number of direct heavy shells last night on the outskirts of the towns of Naqoura, Wadi Himo, Ainata al-Shaab, Jabal al-Lubnanah, and Al-Alam in western Lebanon.
The shelling also included the outskirts of the towns of Rmeish, Beit Lif earlier on Sunday.
An Israeli Occupation aircraft flew extensively over the villages of the Tyre and Bint Jbeil districts throughout Sunday night and until Monday morning.
The Israeli Occupation army continued to fire incendiary shells to ignite the remaining trees in the vicinity of the towns of Naqoura and Ainata al-Shaab, in addition to dropping illuminating bombs over the border villages adjacent to the Blue Line.
Hezbollah announced targeting an Israeli Occupation army force in the vicinity of Zariyt military post, which was preparing to launch an aggression inside Lebanese territory, according to its statement.
It also announced the martyrdom of Samih Asaad Asaad from the town of Kfar Kila in southern Lebanon.
Al-Qassam Brigades announced the martyrdom of the member Mohammed Basem Azzam from the Mieh Mieh camp in Sidon during his mission in southern Lebanon.
