21 injuries in Jerash bus accident

21 people were injured on Friday in a bus accident at the Balila area in the governorate of Jerash.

Dr. Sadiq Al-Otoum, the director of Jerash Government Hospital, stated that Civil Defense teams worked to transfer the injured to the hospital.

Al-Otoum added that necessary medical procedures were provided to the injured, noting that their health conditions ranged from good to moderate.

In a separate context, the Civil Defense Directorate dealt with (1303) various medical cases in the past 24 hours at a response time rate of (7:45) minutes.

The Civil Defense stated that the necessary measures were taken for them, ensuring their arrival at hospitals. Additionally, (86) rescue incidents were handled at a response time rate of (8:06) minutes, and (49) firefighting incidents at a response time rate of (6:56) minutes.
