Yemen’s Houthis declared Monday they targeted two ships associated with the Israeli occupation with two naval drones.

The statement on their Telegram channel read: "With the help of Allah, the naval forces of the Yemeni Armed Forces executed a special military operation against two ships affiliated with the Zionist entity. The first ship, 'Swan Atlantic,' was loaded with oil, and the other ship, 'MSC Clara,' was carrying containers. They were targeted by two naval drones."

The targeting of the two ships came after their crews refused to communicate with the Houthis naval forces, per the statement.

The Houthis reiterated that all ships sailing to any port, except for those of the Israeli occupation, would not be harmed and were advised to keep their communications systems open.

Houthis have repeatedly targeted ships associated with the Israeli Occupation since the start of the aggression against Gaza, in addition to launching long-range drones and missiles toward the Occupied territories, particularly Eilat.
