The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) raided the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh early Friday, according to the Palestinian news agency WAFA.
A group of 20 IOF jeeps entered the center of Ramallah, stationed at Al-Manara Roundabout, Ersal Street and Nahda Street in Al-Bireh, and raided several buildings in both cities.
Wafa reported, citing sources, that the IOF raided a commercial shop in Ramallah near Al-Manara Roundabout, searched it, and tampered with its contents.
It noted that clashes erupted with the IOF, which fired tear gas canisters, leading to the suffocation of several Palestinians.
In response, Palestinians confronted the invading IOF at Al-Sa'a Roundabout in central Ramallah.
