A large force of &lsquo;Israeli&rsquo; soldiers raided the Ram al-Tahta area in the city of Ramallah on Tuesday evening, according to a Roya correspondent.

The incursion led to clashes with Palestinian youths in several neighborhoods.

Eyewitnesses said that &lsquo;Israeli&rsquo; forces were raiding and searching residential buildings and currency exchange shops in the area. The raid was accompanied by a heavy deployment of soldiers and the closure of several side roads.
Violent clashes broke out shortly after the raid began. &lsquo;Israeli&rsquo; forces fired bullets, as well as stun grenades and tear gas, to disperse the protesters.
