Qatari Foreign Ministry spokesperson Majed Al-Ansari has stated that the announcement of the effective date for the humanitarian truce in the Gaza Strip will be made in the next few hours.
Al-Ansari reported positive progress in talks about the implementation plan for the armistice agreement.
Work is ongoing with both Hamas and Tel Aviv, along with partners in Cairo and Washington, to ensure a swift commencement of the truce.
