Turkish ship arrives in Egypt to establish eight field hospitals at Al-Arish Port

Field hospitals and aid, arriving by sea from Turkey, have reached the port of Al-Arish in Egypt near the Rafah border crossing with Gaza.

This marks the first aid shipment containing medical equipment, supplies, and ambulances to establish eight field hospitals in Gaza, now that all hospitals in the region are reported to be out of service, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.

The ship, loaded with medical assistance for Palestinians in Gaza, departed from the Sengjak port in the western Turkish province of Izmir.

It was noted that Turkey sought approval from Egyptian authorities to establish these hospitals in Al-Arish, located 40 kilometers from the Rafah crossing.

The Egyptian authorities have reportedly given their approval, stating, "They have already given us the green light, and we will establish the hospitals in the designated locations.
