The Qassam Brigades, the armed military wing of Hamas, announced Saturday that they launched a rocket attack on the settlement of Sderot in the vicinity of the Gaza Strip.
Sirens wailed in Sderot and settlements near Gaza.
The Qassam Brigades also stated on their Telegram account that they targeted Kibbutz Nirim with mortar fire.
This comes as Operation Aqsa Typhoon, launched by Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, enters its third week in response to Israeli Occupation violations in the occupied Palestinian territories, which have been ongoing for decades.
In retaliation, the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) has launched a campaign against the Gaza Strip, conducting a series of airstrikes in various areas.
