No injuries reported following power outage at private hospital in Irbid

Dr. Shadi Bani Hani, the director of Irbid Health, confirmed Saturday that no injuries were reported as a result of the power outage at a private hospital.

He emphasized that Civil Defense teams rushed to the hospital, providing it with six ambulances and backup oxygen cylinders.

He pointed out that the directorate dispatched two teams for maintenance and engineering to rectify the technical fault, affirming that hospital operations will resume once the technical issue is resolved.

The delayed restoration of electricity at the hospital, along with the failure of its backup generators, was attributed to incorrect wiring by one of the staff members for the standby generator.
