Tuesday, the Public Security Directorate (PSD) announced that the King Hussein Bridge will be closed and vehicle movement across it will be halted starting 11 pm Tuesday (June, 27) until 8 am Thursday (June 29).

This decision came on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha, a public holiday in Jordan and Muslim countries.

Monday, Prime Minister Bisher Al-Khasawneh announced that the Eid al-Adha holiday in Jordan will be from Tuesday, June 27, until Saturday, July 1.
