Jordan condemns Israeli Occupation's attacks on Gaza, Nablus

Jordan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemned Israeli Occupation’s escalation in the occupied Palestinian territories, in which they killed over 12 Palestinians in Gaza at dawn on Tuesday and stormed the city of Nablus a few hours later.

The official spokesperson for the ministry, Ambassador Sinan Majali, stressed the need for the international community to move immediately to stop this aggression, and to provide protection for the Palestinian people in Gaza as well as in all the occupied Palestinian territories.

Majali stressed that the continuation of the aggression and violations against Islamic and Christian sanctities in Jerusalem, and the occupation's incursions into Palestinian cities, threatens a wider cycle of violence that everyone will pay the price for.

He added Jordan is currently carrying out calls to immediately put an end to this dangerous escalation and restore calm.
