Tuesday, the President of the Textile, Readymade Clothes and Footwear Syndicate Sultan Allan said that there has been an increase in purchasing activity since the start of the third week of Ramadan.

He told Roya that the local market has been more active and witnessing more purchases across the Kingdom.

Allan added that he expects the activity to continue increasing until the end of the holy month, noting that the current activity is considered 'moderate.'

He pointed out that the weather has had an effect on the fluctuation of activity in the local markets.

Allan stressed that there has been a noticeable improvement in the quality of clothing available in the market.
