His Majesty King Abdullah II, the Supreme Commander of the Jordanian Armed Forces, accompanied by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II, attended the Iftar banquet hosted by the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces-Arab Army on Wednesday.

In the presence of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Major General Yousef Ahmed Al-Hnaity, His Majesty expressed his appreciation for the members of the armed forces and security agencies, commending their outstanding performance in fulfilling their duties and tasks.

The Iftar was also attended by the Director of General Intelligence, Major General Ahmad Hassani, the Director of General Security, Major General Dr. Obeidallah Al-Maaytah, senior officers, and a number of officers and personnel of the armed forces and security agencies.

His Majesty the King and the attendees performed the Maghrib prayer in congregation.
