IMAGES: 130,000 perform Friday prayer at Al-Aqsa Mosque

Around 130,000 worshipers performed the third Friday prayer of the Holy month of Ramadan at Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem.

This came amidst tight restrictions imposed by the Israeli Occupation particularly at checkpoints leading to the occupied city, according to the Islamic Endowments Department.

The department stated that thousands of Muslims flocked to the holy mosque in Jerusalem since the early morning hours to perform the prayers despite the heavy restrictions imposed by the Israeli Occupation Forces.
