Papa Johns opens in Jordan
The long-awaited addition to the culinary scene in Jordan is finally here. Papa Johns, one of the best-known pizza chains, opened four branches in Amman to bring the world-famous pizza to the Jordanian public.
Under the patronage of Ms. Stefanie Altman-Winans, Acting Deputy Chief of Mission, Embassy of the United States of America, PJP Investments inaugurated 4 branches in Al-Madina Al-Munawara Street, Queen Rania Street, Al Muqabalayn, and Marj Al Hamam.

The Papa Johns brand was first launched in the American state of Indiana nearly 4 decades ago with a brand promise to consistently prepare its recipes with fresh dough and carefully selected fresh ingredients.
Ms. Altman-Winans labeled the expansion of PJP into Jordan as “another example of major American brands’ interest in doing business in this country and promoting economic opportunities for women and youth.”
The brand’s adherence to its “Better Ingredients. Better Pizza.,”, its investment in finer ingredients, its sumptuous range of salads, starters, and appetizers, and its signature garlic sauces and pepperoncini served with each pizza quickly propelled it to the forefront of the pizza universe.
The four branches will be catering to delivery orders while both branches in Al-Madina Al-Munawara Street and Queen Rania Street have decent dine-in areas with the latest decor. Pizza enthusiasts will also have quicker access to the restaurant’s menu through the PAPA JOHNS application, which will be available for both Android and iOS. The app will frequently showcase special offers and value combo meals, and users will be able to avail of PJP’s reward points. The Al Muqabalayn and Marj Al Hamam branches will solely focus on providing delivery service to the surrounding areas.
