Greater Amman Municipality declares medium state of emergency for upcoming weather

The Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) has declared a medium level state of emergency, starting Monday morning.

This came after the meteorological department announced Sunday night that the Kingdom is expecting unstable weather conditions.

The Director of the Media Department at GAM, Nasser Al-Rahamneh, called on citizens to keep up with the latest weather updates from official sources.

He also advised people to contact any of their unified call center numbers (102 and 117180) to report any issues as a result of the upcoming unstable weather conditions.
