Friday, the Public Security Directorate (PSD) called on citizens to take precautions due to the unstable weather conditions prevailing in the country.

The directorate urged drivers to be careful in order to avoid traffic accidents as a result of slippery roads due to rain.

It also called for the need to stay away from the sides of the valleys and places where floods might form.

The PSD also called for abiding by the warnings issued by all concerned authorities, and to immediately call the hotline (911) upon emergencies.
