Jordan's Meteorological Department has announced that Jordan will experience the impact of a relatively dry and hot air mass starting Tuesday, leading to a significant rise in temperatures, exceeding the usual averages for this time of year by approximately 7-8 °C.

A statement from the Meteorological Department said that temperatures will be warm in the high mountain areas and hot in other regions, with clouds appearing at higher altitudes and moderate southeasterly winds, occasionally becoming active.

Tuesday night is expected to be pleasantly warm in most areas and warm in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with clouds at higher altitudes and light southeasterly winds.

On Wednesday, temperatures will continue to increase, with the weather becoming relatively dry and hot in most areas and hot in the Badia, Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba regions. Some clouds are forecasted at higher altitudes with moderate southeasterly winds occasionally picking up.

During the night, temperatures will be warm in most parts of the country and relatively hot in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with clouds at higher altitudes and light southeasterly winds.

The influence of the relatively hot air mass is expected to intensify on Thursday, with temperatures projected to surpass the usual averages for this time of year. Aqaba, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley may experience temperatures reaching 40 °C.

The Meteorological Department has issued a warning regarding low horizontal visibility due to dust, particularly in desert areas, and the risk of sun exposure during noon hours in the desert, Jordan Valley, and Aqaba regions.
