Captain Amer Bani Nasr, the representative of the Highway Patrol Department, reported four traffic accidents resulting in the injury of eight individuals in Jordan over the past twenty-four hours.

Bani Nasr stated in the traffic report broadcasted by the Public Security Department (PSD) Radio that yesterday, Tuesday, at half past eight in the morning, a collision occurred involving three vehicles on the Southern Ghor Road, specifically in the Safi area heading towards the capital, Amman. The collision resulted in the injury of five individuals, and Civil Defense teams transported the injured to South Shouna Hospital.

He added that at ten o'clock yesterday, Tuesday, morning, a collision also occurred on the Desert Highway, resulting in severe injuries. The injured were transferred by Civil Defense to Al-Karak Governmental Hospital, noting that the vehicle came to rest on the median strip.

Furthermore, he mentioned that at seven o'clock on Wednesday morning, a vehicle overturned on the Irbid-Mafraq Road, resulting in moderate injuries. The injured individual was transported to Prince Rashid Military Hospital, with another injury occurring on Jordan (Al-Urdon) Street.

Captain Kifah Al-Hazayma from the Central Traffic Department in the PSD emphasized the importance of driving cautiously, avoiding reckless driving, refraining from using mobile phones, and maintaining a safe distance between vehicles, especially in rainy weather conditions witnessed across various regions of the Kingdom.
