Monday, the Syrian Ministry of Health announced that all those entering the country through the official land, sea and air border crossings are exempted from conducting a PCR test or providing an international COVID-19 vaccine certificate.

The ministry also asked all health directorates to complete the necessary procedures to implement this decision, according to the Syrian news agency, SANA.

Notably, last month, the Syrian Ministry of Health exempted those coming from Lebanon from conducting a coronavirus PCR test.
