Jordan recorded 16 deaths and 6,296 new coronavirus cases Sunday, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the crisis to 1,623,474.

The death toll has risen to 13,814.

A total 109 cases have been admitted to the hospitals, and 115 have been discharged upon recovery.

There are 786 patients receiving treatment in hospitals.

There are a total of 90,906 active COVID-19 cases.

A total of 35,040 PCR tests were conducted.

Sunday, 17.97 percent of PCR tests came back positive in comparison to 10.62 percent Saturday.
