The Grand Criminal Court issued a ruling against a father who raped his 11-year-old daughter and sentenced him to 25 years of labor.

The court said that on May 21, 2021 the criminal was out with his daughter, and he took her to a deserted area, made her sit in the backseat and asked her to take her clothes off.

Once she refused, he forcibly stripped her off of her clothes and raped her.

After the rape, he warned her not to tell anyone but she went home and told her mother who immediately filed a lawsuit against the criminal.

The court also found that the rapist already has a criminal record of sexual assault issued against him from previous crimes.
