Jordan records 965 new coronavirus cases, 11 deaths

Jordan recorded 11 deaths and 965 new coronavirus cases Wednesday, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the crisis to 798,091.

The death toll has risen to 10,422.

The cases are:

- 432 in Amman

- 125 in Zarqa

- 117 in Irbid

- 49 in Tafilah

- 34 in Balqa

- Six in Madaba

- 21 in Mafraq

- 19 in Karak

- 42 in Jerash

- 53 in Ma'an

- 18 in Ajloun

- 33 in Aqaba

- Nine in Ramtha

- Seven in Petra

A total of 85 cases have been admitted to the hospitals, and 94 have been discharged upon recovery.

There are 574 patients receiving treatment in hospitals.

There are a total of 11,506 active COVID-19 cases.

A total of 31,771 PCR tests were conducted.

Wednesday, 3.04 percent of PCR tests came back positive in comparison to 3.35 percent Tuesday.
